This list represents applicants who have received an application packet. The waiting list starts out as a member referal by email. The email is placed in a folder and is sorted by date just like a post mark. As the top 10 list is reduced an email is drawn and the prospective applicant is contacted. If there is still interest, an application packet is sent. Upon receipt of the complete application and application fee, the application is coded by date and initials of the applicant and posted here.
